Carmen Chong

After being in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, Carmen founded her own Company in January 2007.  Her mission is to fulfill the home lending needs of all communities, especially of the rapidly growing Hispanic population, by offering an equal or better opportunity that these communities lacked, through her cultural understanding and education.  Her goal is not just to assist on the purchase or refinance of her clients’ first homes, but ultimately, to provide a lifetime relationship that will include their extended family members, children and friends.  She is fluent in Spanish and Chines.  She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Carmen is a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and the Fair Oaks Lions Club.
