When my parents moved our family to the United States in 1967, they were committed to owning rather than renting the place where we would live. I remember very well the language barriers they encountered until they met an agent who spoke Spanish and made their dream of homeownership a reality.

Four years after the purchase of our first home, their "real estate friend" had taught them enough of the benefits and advantages of real estate ownership that they made another purchase, then another, and another.

With every purchase, I saw first hand the security and multitude of benefits our family derived. This made such an impact on me that it seemed very natural for me to want to help others do the same. It is a direct result of this family experience that I have been working in this field since 1976 and am committed to making your people's dreams come true through property homeownership.

As President of Nahrep-Silicon Valley, I am looking forward to helping our people benefit from the extensive network of real estate professionals that share our vision for Latino homeownership.

We have an extensive network of real estate professionals, knowledge, and resources at our disposal and are ready to share our knowledge and experience to increase the homeownership rates within the Latino Community.

As President and Founding Board Member of NAHREP of Silicon Valley, member of the San Mateo Association of Realtors, San Francisco Association of Realtors, and the SAMCAR Cultural Diversity Committee, I am committed to making the dream of homeownership a reality for all. I beleive that by working together we can make the process of homeownership a positive experience for both the Real Estate Practitioner and the Real Estate Consumer.
