Héctor is a specialist in first time homebuyer programs ( MCC, VA), 100% financing, and Quick Qualifier Programs. This, combined with his wealth of computer knowledge, makes Héctor the choice for today's discerning borrowers.

Héctor was born in the state of Jalisco in México. He immigrated to the United States in 1975 and has lived in Redwood City, CA since that time. He attended both Cañada College and Foothill College before leaving in 1989 to study International Business at California State University, Fullerton. Since his return to the Bay Area in 1993 he has been a leader within our industry and in the Peninsula Communities. As time permits Héctor likes to be involved in soccer, whether it be playing, coaching, or simply watching a good match.
