To increase the Latino homeownership rate in the Silicon Valley by empowering the real estate professionals that serve Latino consumers.
The Latino community will face many challenges in the coming years. Issues such as lack of affordable housing and lack of education regarding the home buying process continue to plague our community. At the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals of Silicon Valley (NAHREPSV), we believe that having an active voice in the Latino community will lead to the success of Latino real estate professionals and will ultimately increase the percentage rate of homeownership among Latino-Americans.
We believe developing a united voice for all Latino real estate professionals is essential for insuring the future growth of Latino-American homeownership. NAHREP of Silicon Valley is created to establish a venue where members can congregate, exchange ideas and formulate an agenda beneficial to the collective well being of our segment of the industry. We have seen the growth that has taken place in the Latino-American community and feel that our association fills the need for a group that promotes our community. At this point in time we are working hard to accomplish the goal of increasing Latino homeownership. With your support NAHREP of Silicon Valley can continue to serve the Latino community and our combined efforts will be a significant factor in placing more Latinos in homes.
